The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing assets for social media, website, blog, email campaigns, digital ads, and other marketing channels.
  • Create graphics for educational content, partner listings, and product updates.
  • Support content and inbound marketing efforts by creating SEO-optimized graphics and infographics for blogs, reports, and case studies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and uphold Gameball’s visual style.
  • Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
  • Manage multiple design projects, balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously look for ways to enhance the brand’s visual impact.
  • Work closely with product designers to ensure brand alignment in the product experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and people & culture teams to create visually compelling campaigns and materials, supporting initiatives and internal needs as required to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Figma).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including social media graphics, web design, and digital ads.
  • Knowledge of basic UX/UI principles with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • A keen eye for typography, color, layout, and overall brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within creative agencies.
