The Role

Requirements
Strategic Planning & Process Optimization:
  • Design and implement best practices, policies, and frameworks for technical integrations and onboarding strategies.
  • Develop scalable, repeatable processes that enhance efficiency and ensure high-quality client experiences.
  • Keep up with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in API integrations, and technical onboarding to future-proof Gameball’s processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering) to align integration strategies with business goals.
Technical Leadership & Innovation:
  • Lead the design and evolution of Gameball’s integration frameworks, ensuring adaptability to new programming languages and APIs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Gameball’s API and SDK documentation, making implementation more intuitive for clients.
  • Oversee complex, high-value client implementations, ensuring seamless configuration, onboarding, and adoption.
Client Enablement & Documentation:
  • Develop expert-level technical documentation, playbooks, and guides to simplify integrations for clients and internal teams.
  • Serve as a technical consultant for enterprise clients, advising on architecture, best practices, and optimization techniques.
  • Provide proactive support and troubleshooting for high-priority accounts, solving complex integration challenges.
  • Identify and implement automation strategies to streamline onboarding and reduce manual intervention.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in API integrations, automation, and technical onboarding.
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends, new programming languages, and best practices for integration architecture.
  • Expertise in designing scalable onboarding and implementation frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive integration success.
