The Role
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with leads flagged by the growth team, focusing on activation and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
- Prioritize high-fit Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and initiate timely outreach to the most promising prospects.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand prospects' needs, qualifying them for Account Executives (AEs) or driving conversion directly through demos and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure smooth handovers to the Customer Success team once clients are activated or converted to paying users.
- Route technical queries to the Customer Support team, maintaining focus on building relationships and driving revenue.
- Meet key sales targets, including Free-to-Paid activations and generating new revenue from current customers.
- Engage leads across multiple channels (e.g., calls, Slack, Intercom, WhatsApp, email) to maintain strong relationships and uncover growth opportunities.
- Re-engage churned customers to win back their business through targeted outreach and follow-up.
- Convert free-plan users into premium clients by understanding their pain points and showing how advanced features meet their needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Growth teams to identify potential upgrades based on usage patterns.
- Respond to inbound upgrade requests and ensure a seamless transition for clients.
- Track and report activities in the CRM HubSpot to maintain visibility and support strategic decision-making.
- Share feedback with the growth and marketing teams to improve lead quality and optimize lead-generation strategies.
- Create simple solution mockups using Figma to visualize proposals if needed.
- Provide market insights and product suggestions to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, research skills, people person.
- Technical background or degree in Computer Science (CS) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Experience in SaaS/B2B sales or similar industries is a plus.
- Comfortable with sales tools and willing to learn new technologies and software.
- Bilingual in English & Arabic is a must; fluency in French or Spanish or Deutsch is a plus.
- Video calls, phone calls, and email writing skills with a focus on sales and client engagement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 2-3 years of experience.
