November has been a month of groundbreaking advancements at Gameball. Get ready to explore the latest features and enhancements that promise to redefine your gaming experience. Let's dive into the future of gaming with our newest releases!
What's new this month?
1- Editing Referral Page Content of the Widget
After completely revamping the referral page of the widget, you can now also edit and change all content of this page. Go to the widget settings on the dashboard and explore the many ways you can control your referral experience on the widget to match your brand and make it easier for your players to understand and refer.
2- Insights under Each Challenge Showing Players’ Interaction Data
If you visit any of the configured experiences under 'ways to earn', you will find a new section called Insights that shows a handful of data about how the players have been interacting with this particular challenge. Here are some of the information you will see under this section:
- Challenge completion and abandonment rate
- distinct and total player count
- Total rewarded points, coupons, and points value
- Charts that reflects the previous data over time
Like all our analytics data, these insights could be looked at based on selected time intervals.
3- Changing the Domain of Email Notifications
You now have control over the domain you use to send email notifications. You can change it from Gameball's default email domain "Gameball.app" to one you prefer to use that has your brand's name for instance. Visit the email notification section on the dashboard and change it yourself.
4- Player Referral Link as a Variable
You can now include a player's referral link in any message, notification, or email you are willing to send out. This way a player can find their personal referral link embedded in the content you were conveying. For example, if you want to send an email to motivate your players to send out invitations to their friends, they can now find their own referral link in the message and can instantly use it.
5- New Performance Data under Each Segment and RFM Segment Page
When you go to any manually created segment or an RFM segment on the dashboard, you will now be able to see a brief on how this segment is performing through data such as:
- Average order value
- Repeated Order value
- Average amount spent
6- RFM and Segmentation Data on Demand Button
Segments, whether manually created or RFM, always have player-related data changing by the minute. A segment could have many players joining or leaving continuously. Gameball updates this data every 24 hours.
Understanding how you sometimes may want to see real-time data of a segment, Gameball has added an on-demand button called Refresh Data. This button is found on the top right of the segment main page. Visit the RFM/segment page and click on this button to see the current insights of this segment.
7- Sending Segments and Tags to Klaviyo
Klaviyo can now receive data from Gameball such as segments and tags. This way, you can customize a Klaviyo experience for groups of players that are under the same segment, or share the same tag.
As always, stay tuned for our monthly updates as more exciting updates are in the works. We are trying hard to always enhance our experience and fulfill all your requests and needs.
