4- Edit Customer’s Date of Birth on Dashboard
We have introduced a new feature that allows you to edit a customer’s date of birth directly from the Customer’s Page on the dashboard. This enhancement provides greater flexibility and ensures that customer information can be easily updated when needed.
5- Ability to Migrate the “Email Subscribed” State
This feature allows you to seamlessly manage and utilize the "Email Subscribed" state for your customers. Specifically, it supports creating targeted campaigns, such as the "Subscribe to Newsletter" popup campaign, aimed at customers whose subscription state is set to false.
6- Adding “Email Subscribed” Attribute Under Audience
The "Email Subscribed" attribute is now available in the audience section, enabling segmentation based on subscription status. Use this feature to target campaigns specifically for subscribed or non-subscribed customers, improving personalization and engagement.

- Support for Shopify's New Customer Account Creation: Gameball now supports Shopify’s Email + OTP login, seamlessly converting guests to members for earning and redeeming points. This update resolves referral program issues, ensures eligibility for rewards, and unifies account recognition for a consistent and rewarding customer experience.
- Enhanced Coupon Configuration: You can now configure coupons for specific merchants, collections, or both, allowing greater flexibility and precision in coupon usage.
- New API for flexible Refund Flow: Introduced a refund API that allows refunds using cash, points, or a combination, offering you full control over refund configurations based on original payment methods.
- Editable Reward Names in Campaigns: You can now customize reward names displayed in campaigns like Spin the Wheel, allowing better alignment with your brand identity.
- Creation Date for Coupons: The creation date is now visible in the Coupons and Customer Coupons sections, enabling better tracking and management of coupon activities.
- Scheduled Date and Time for Communication Campaigns: The communication campaign preview tab now displays scheduled dates and times, providing better visibility and planning for campaign launches.
